PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a towing force with a lug while interference of an elastomeric crawler with a truck frame is precluded which may occur when the crawler treads on a projection on the ground. SOLUTION: A crawler running device is equipped with an elastomeric crawler 6 in the form of endless band structured so that a Jug 9 formed projecting on the peripheral surface and a core 10 is embedded, rolling wheel 5 rolling on the inside of the crawler 6 in its part where the core is embedded, and a truck frame 2 rotatably supporting the rolling wheel 5 on the left and right inside the wheel 5. The lug 9 is installed as grounding in the range from the left and right outer ends of the crawler 6 positioned opposite the truck frame 2 with the rolling wheel 5 interposed to the left and right inner ends of the core 10 positioned on the truck frame side, and the left and right inside the core 10 are made a non-grounding portion of the crawler 6.
