PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer visiting book making it possible to know quickly the dates of visiting a customer, the interval between the dates of visits and the frequency of visits and, as the result, enabling easy planning of the next schedule of a visit, without transferring customer's name and address and others from his name card. SOLUTION: A plurality of name card holding pockets 3 made of a transparent synthetic resin film are provided for holding name cards 2 in the upper part of a sheet 1, while visiting date entry columns 6 for entering the dates of visits are provided below each of the name card holding pockets 3, and the sheets 1 thus composed are bound up.
