PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit cereals to be stored in good quality with no use of insect pest-repellent substance at a low cost. SOLUTION: A package bag for storing cereal grains is formed by using an adhesive including the red pepper extract and/or the horse radish extract both of which have insect pest-repelling effect, thereby allowing the bag itself to have the insect pest-repelling effect.
