PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition not suffering from separation or precipitation phenomena, excellent in operating efficiency in spraying in a high concentration state and excellent in adhesion to a polyolefin resin molded article in particular by admixing a polyolefin with an acrylic resin in a specific ratio and adding thereto an organic peroxide thereby effecting a reaction. SOLUTION: A polyolefin comprising a homopolymer of ethylene, propylene, 1-butene, 1-hexene, 4-methyl-1-pentene or the like or a copolymer thereof, a copolymer containing 50 mole % or more of a propylene component in particular, and having a wt. average mol.wt. of 5,000-200,000 is mixed with an acrylic resin, obtained by feeding a mixture solution of a radically polymerizable monomer and a polymerization initiator to an organic solvent heated to 60-150 deg.C thereby effecting polymerization, in a weight ratio of 1/9 to 9/1. After the temperature of the resultant mixture solution is raised to 80-200 deg.C, an organic peroxide is added in an amount of 5-50 wt.% based on the total weight of the polyolefin and the acrylic resin, thereby bringing about a graft reaction to obtain an aimed resin composition.
