<p>The integrated circuit with magnetic sensors for determining the phase of a periodic local magnetic field with a known local period lambda has been very simply enhanced in such a way, that for testing purposes it generates a magnetic field, which is later perceived as a travelling magnetic undulation. Each magnetic sensor (SA1,..., SD2) is enclosed by a test coil (CA1,..., CD2), while through adjacent test coils (Ci) connected in series in each individual area with the length of one quarter of the specified local period lambda, a sine modulated current (SIN) or cosine modulated current (COS) is carried, depending on the length of the series of magnetic sensors regarding the specified local period lambda.</p> |
