<p>The machine for whetting edges of stone slabs eliminates manual whetting of sides between 150 mm and 1000 mm. The machine is designed in such a way that it provides safe and simple handling. The machined piece on the workbench is not moving and is effectively fastened by fastening screws, which feature flexible heads. The precise location of the machined piece is ensured by a lifting ladder, which can be raised or lowered by a handle. The whetting position is determined by limiters, which via limit switches redirect the movements of the whetting unit. The approaching and retreating of the whetting unit is performed by a pneumatic controller. To prevent any damage to the machine there is a safety button, which blocks both motors.</p> |
