PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover with a gasket wherein generation of noise due to vibration of a cover body can be prevented and the cover is excellent in sealability, and a method for manufacturing the cover. SOLUTION: The cover with a gasket comprising a cover body 1 with the gasket 2 attached thereto includes the gasket made of an elastic body. The cover body and the gasket are integrated, while a member made of an elastic body of the same kind as or a different kind from that of the gasket is integrated with at least a portion of a plane of the cover body except the gasket. |
