PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade printing-out plate inspecting properties by using a peroxide as a thermally decomposable compound in an original plate for a direct writing waterless lithographic printing plate obtained by laminating a heat sensitive layer containing at least a photothermal conversion substance, a thermally decomposable compound and a thermosetting compound on a substrate, and a silicone rubber layer on a substrate. SOLUTION: An original plate for a direct writing waterless lithographic printing plate which can be directly engraved by a laser beam and printed without using dampening water comprises at least a photothermal conversion substance, a thermally decomposable compound and a thermosetting compound on a substrate, and a silicone rubber layer on a substrate. In this case, as the decomposable compound, a peroxide such as a methylethylketone peroxide, a cyclohexanone peroxide or the like is used. In the case of manufacturing the original plate, it is preferable to use a peroxide having a decomposing temperature a quick heating test of 70 deg.C or above as the peroxide. A content of the peroxide is not particularly limited, but is 1 to 40 wt.% to the overall heat sensitive layer composition. |
