PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling property of a control valve device and improve production efficiency by integrally constituting a middle pressure control valve device for forming a compressing chamber in which there is little mechanical frictional loss and leakage loss due to sliding of a fixed scroll and a swivel scroll using a cover member. SOLUTION: A compressing mechanism part stored in a closed container and driven by an electric motor part is formed by combination of a fixed scroll having a spiral lap and a swivel scroll 4, and a control valve device 19 for controlling the pressure in a middle pressure chamber 10 is provided on the fixed scroll 3. The control valve device 19 has a seal member 15 for interceting between a discharge pressure chamber and a suction pressure chamber, a spring 16 for keeping a fixed pressure difference between the suction pressure chamber and the middle pressure chamber 10, and a plate 17 which comes into contact with a seat surface 3a formed on the fixed scroll 3 to intercept between the suction pressure chamber and the middle pressure chamber 10. These members 15 to 17 are fixed by a cover member 20 to be integrally formed therewith.
