Then, the retaining wall 1 is erected on the frame material 23 of the opening part side K of the panel 2, a facing material 11 such as a plaster board is nailed on the retaining wall 1 and the frame material of the floor panel 2 integrally up to the opening part side of the floor panel 2 on the opening part side of the retaining wall 1, and a planar material 12 such as a plaster board is nailed on the frame material on the contrary side of the opening part of the retaining wall 1. Next, the facing material 11 uses the material of high holding force such as, for instance, the hard wooden piece cement plate of the thickness of 12 mm and a material 11B overlapping the plaster board 112 of the thickness of 9 mm on the surface of the plywood 111 of the thickness of 9 mm. Thereby the rigidity of the retaining wall is increased, fluctuation due to vibration or the like can be reduced, external appearance can be improved, and the retaining wall can be used for the staircase of a quasi-fire-resistive building.</p>
