PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make tensile forces work on upper and lower strapped parts strapped up with a strap sealing member in the directions opposite each other by a method wherein a guide wheel is separated from the upper strapped part before the strap sealing member is separated from the upper strapped part. SOLUTION: A tensile force working in the direction marked with an arrow T1 is applied to an end 1 of an upper strapped part engaged with a strap sealing member after a guide wheel is separated from the upper strapped part. The tensile force working in the direction T1 does not work on the end 1 of the upper strapped part 2 until after the upper strapped part 2 is released from the guide wheel. With the guide wheel separated from the upper strapped part, tensile forces working in the directions being opposite each other are applied to overlapped parts 2, 3 of the strap. Therefore, the strap sealing member can be separated from the overlapped parts 2, 3 of the strap without making the upper and lower strapped parts to be separated at the strapped parts.
