PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature curing polyorganosiloxane composition producible at a low cost and having excellent properties by providing a methyl- oil alternative free from the lowering of the properties of the room temperature curing polyorganosiloxane composition. SOLUTION: This composition consists of (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polydiorganosiloxane both of whose terminals are closed with a silanol group or a hydrolyzable group, (B) 0.5-30 pts.wt. of an organosiloxane of the formula RaSiX4-a [R is a (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon; X is bound to a silicon atom and an organic group selected from a group consisting of alkoxy groups, enoxy groups, and diorganoketoxime, diorganoaminoxy, diorganoamino and diorganoamide groups; (a) is 0, 1, 2 or 3, and it is a number averagely exceeding 2 in a molecule] or its partial hydrolysis condensate, (C) 1-200 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler and (D) 5-150 pts.wt. of a mixture of an aliphatic linear hydrocarbon and an aliphatic cyclic hydrocarbon, the mixture having a distillation range of 150-320 deg.C, a viscosity at 40 deg.C of 1.0-4.0 cSt, a specific gravity at 15 deg.C of 0.75-0.9 and an average molecular weight of 140-250.
