PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick-setting agent and a spraying material which prevent sagging of cement concrete from a sprayed surface just after spraying quick-setting spraying cement concrete and is capable of reducing a rebound ratio and a quantity of dust. SOLUTION: This quick-setting agent contains calcium aluminate, aluminum sulfate and alkali metal sulfate. The quick setting agent may be in a form of quick-setting agent slurry and may contain a naphthalene sulfonic acid formalin condensate. This spraying material is obtained by mixing cement Concrete containing cement and polyalkylene oxide and the quick-setting agent or quick- setting slurry. The material further may contain a fibrous material.
