PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the development of the cracking of a tip part due to the shock caused by the loose state between a tip member and the tip of a barrel tube by eliminating the looseness of the fitting between the tip part and the tip of the barrel tube and its separation from the barrel tube by constituting the barrel tube of a writing utensil by bonding the tip part, which pinchingly holds a clip, to the tip of the barrel tube. SOLUTION: This barrel tube 1 consists of a front shaft 2 and a rear shaft 3, the rear end 3a of which is open for projecting a push-button outwards. The outer diameter of the front barrel 2 is made smaller than the outer diameter of the rear barrel 3. At the tip of the front barrel, a first externally threaded part 4 having an external thread, the major diameter of which is further smaller than the outer diameter of the front barrel, is provided. At the rear end part 2a of the front barrel 2, an annularly protruded projecting part 5 and a second externally threaded part 6 having an external thread, with which the rear barrel 3 is threadingly attached. Within the tip of the rear barrel 3, a second internally threaded part 7, in which the second externally threaded part 6 is screwed, is provided. The front barrel 2 and the barrel shaft 3 are threadingly made into an integral body through the screwing between the second externally threaded part 6 and the second internally threaded part 7. In addition, the barrel tube 1 of a writing utensil is that of a push-button type writing utensil. |
