PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque regeneration vibration insulating device having a wide space which can be utilized to install the device, and having a good fatigue resistance characteristic. SOLUTION: A torque regeneration vibration isolating device for connecting an engine to a vehicular chasis to limit displacement of the engine includes a first armature 9 at the center which can be fitted simply between two bosses 15 and 20 made of an elastomer projecting in the main direction X at the inner side of a circular armature 11. The boss 15 compressed when an engine puts out the driving force is thicker than the other boss 20, and the first armature 9 is flat in the direction vertical to the main direction of the displacement.
