PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the subject structure and to improve productivity. SOLUTION: This structure has two seat holding plates 10 arranged parallel so as to hold the upper end part of a strut 5 between them, a seat holding part 20 for supporting a seat part 1 by respectively connecting these two seat holding plates 10 at both ends, a strut holding part 11 formed at the portions of the seat holding plates 10 where the strut 5 is held and formed so as to be tightly adhered to a part 12 to be held of the strut at one part at least and fastening means such as screw hole 13 and a machine screw 15, for example, for attachably and detahably connecting the seat holding plates 10 at two spots at least facing with the strut holding part 11 or nearby strut inbetween. The seat part is attached to the strut by simple assembly just for fastening the part 12 to be held of the strut 5 between the strut supporting parts 11 of two seat holding plates 10.
