PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a prefabricated house facilitating the position adjustment of panels or units and allowing a molding to be easily fitted horizontally and moreover having a stable scaffolding. SOLUTION: An adjusting tool used in a method of adjusting the positions of panels 110, 111 of a prefabricated house is constituted by thread-fastening a first fixing bar 4c thread-fastened piercing a first adjusting body 4a, into an adjusting hole 110c provided at one panel 110 and provided with an internal thread, thread-fastening a second fixing bar 4f thread-fastened piercing a vertical adjusting body 4e rotatably provided at a second adjusting body 4b, into an adjusting hole 111c provided at the other panel 111 and provided with an internal thread, and thread-fastening the first adjusting body 4a and second adjusting body 4b to the respective external thread parts of a lateral adjusting body 4h reverse in the directions of the external threads provided recessed near the center.
