PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry, arrange and remove a storage device for rainwater by forming the storage device out of a gutter member arranged on a reclaiming object and a bag body watertightly connected to one end of this member. SOLUTION: A storage device is formed of a rubber bag body 2 and a gutter member 1 for fixing a binder 1C by inserting a rubber sheet 1B in it by juxtaposing synthetic resin U-shaped bodies 1A in large numbers. Then, the storage device can be arranged by following a recess/projection on waste. When juxtaposing this storage device in large numbers along a gradient on the waste, most off rainwater flows in the gutter member 1 to be stored in the bag body 2. When a water-barrier sheet is laid between the mutual gutter members 1 and is connected to the gutter members 1 by using the binder 1C, permeation of the rainwater can be completely eliminated by sealing the waste. Thereby, the permeation of the rainwater, etc., into the ground surface or a reclaiming object can be kept to a minimum.
