PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage resulting from contact of a packer with the inside wall of a boring hole by inserting an injection rod into a boring hole and covering the packer for sealing an injected chemical solution so as not to flow back with a protection means. SOLUTION: A packer 1 is connected to the middle part of an injection rod by a connection part 2. A coil spring 3 is attached to the outer periphery of a swelling part 1 of the packer 1. The mutual one side ends 3a are disposed to come into light contact with each other at the center of the swelling part 1 and the other end of the coil spring 3 is fixed in the groove 4 of the connection part 2. Even if the injection rod comes into contact with the boring hole when the injection rod is inserted in the boring hole, the packer is protected by the spring 3 not to come into direct contact therewith. When compressed air is supplied to the packer 1 after insertion, the swelling part 1 is expanded to fit to the inside periphery of the hole and seal the hole. One side 3a of the spring 3 is widened and the length is contracted to generate a space where there is no spring. The swelling part 1 is brought into contact with the inside wall face 10 to seal the gap and prevent the chemical solusion from flowing back. When air is removed, the swelling part returns to the initial state.
