TWO WHEELER RESTRAIN APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely stop a two wheeler by restraining only a rear wheel of the two wheeler. SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet 14 to which a guide rope 16 is fixed is loosely stuck to a substrate 12. A central portion 20a of a single restrain rope 20 made of nylon and having a thickness of about 12 mm is connected to both ends 16c of the guide rope 16. The adhesive sheet 14 is covered with a freely openable protective cover 22. When a depressing plate is stepped down by a front wheel of a two wheeler, the protective cover 22 is opened to expose the adhesive sheet 14. The adhesive sheet 14 is stuck fast to a rear wheel of the two wheeler, whereby the guide rope 16 and the restrain rope 20 are entangled with the rear wheel.
