PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout monitor device which has a simple and inexpensive structure and is constituted of a double-tube leading to the grout monitor at the extremity. SOLUTION: A common passageway 7, 20 of excavation water and high pressure air is connected to the external tube 1 of a double tube 1 and a passageway 5a for a grouting material is connected to the internal tube 2. The passageway 5a is branched and the passageway 7 for excavation water is closed by an opening/closing valve 10 actuated by the pressure of the grouting material to form the high pressure air tube 20.
