PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a room temperature curing organopolysiloxane composition curing at room temperatures, and capable of giving a cured product having excellent immersed adhesion and heat-resistant adhesion, having low stress and excellent in fatigue durability by compounding an organopolysiloxane, a specific hydrolysable silane and an inorganic filler. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane of formula I [R is a (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon group; X is OH or a hydrolyzable group; A is O or the like; a is 0-2; n is such an integer as making the viscosity (25 deg.C) of the organopolysiloxane 100,000-1,000,000 centistokes], (B) 1-30 pts.wt. of a hydrolyzable silane (partially hydrolyzed product) preferably of formula II [R1 is a (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon; b is 0-2] and having 2 or more propylene glycol monomethyl ether groups in a molecule and (C) 10-200 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler of calcium carbonate or the like preferably treated with a treating agent having the melting point or softening point of 100 deg.C or higher.
