PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having improved heat-resistance and wax-remover resistance while keeping various excellent properties such as scratch resistance, excellent adhesivity to urethane sealant and metal, flexibility, etc., and useful especially as exterior parts for automobile, etc. SOLUTION: The objective resin composition contains (A) an ethylene-based ionomer or an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer, (B) a hydrocarbon-based thermoplastic elastomer and (C) a styrene-methacrylic acid copolymer.
