PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a wire without any manual operation even when a hook body is at any height or position. SOLUTION: This wire removing device comprises an opening/closing means in which one end of a suppression member 3 is connected to a base portion 2b of a hook body 2 comprising a hooking portion 2a and the base portion 2b in an oscillating manner, the suppression member 3 is provided in a constantly and outwardly pressed manner by a coil spring, the suppression member 3 and a suppression member driving device 6 are connected to each other through a connection wire 8, and the suppression member 3 is oscillated to open/close an upper portion of the hooking portion 2a by turning the suppression member driving device 6, a wire removing means in which a tip of an arm 19 connected to an arm driving device 17 and oscillated is folded to form a removal portion, the removal portion is below the hooking portion 2a so that the arm 19 is not abutted on the hooking part 2a, a control means having a sensor 15, a drive part 11 and a control part 12, and a remote operating means such as a radio control device.
