PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enrich the function and design of a float for fishing and a float in water by making the surface area of a part being hit by a tidal stream as fairly small so that the float is hardly flown away from an aimed point, making the surface area of a part for facing the tug of a fish as fairly small in order to weaken a resistance of the float into water to increase sensitivity for feeling a fine fish strike, and appealing for the sight of a fisherman by designing it a brand new wing type. SOLUTION: The float for fishing and float in water are characterized by making the float main body 1 have its upper surface and bottom surface of a streamline shape of a wing type, front surface and back surface of a thin rod like shape and side surface of a shape resembling a reverse triangle shape having a moderate curve, and positioning a built in weight 2 and a hole 3 for inserting a line in the case of internally threaded type in front of its center for preventing the float from giddiness caused by a tidal stream.
