PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition which contains an inorganic filler and excellent in the dispersibility of the inorganic filler, and the like. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) a coating or adhesive resin, (B) an inorganic filler, and (C) a polysiloxane represented by the formula (wherein R1 is at least one group selected from a methyl group, an ethyl group and a propyl group and (m) of R1 may be the same or different; R2 is a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group and (n) of R2 may be the same or different; (m) is an integer of one or more; and (n) is zero or an integer of one or more) with a content of component (B) of 0.5-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. component (A) and a content of component (C) of 0.1-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. component (B). |
