PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the mist contained in the exhaust gas efficiently recoverable at an exhaust gas outlet part of an absorbing tower, and make the condensate flowing down on an inner face wall of the chimney preventable from being dispersed again by being blown up by the exhaust gas rising from the exhaust gas outlet part of the absorbing tower, and sharply make reducible the mist contained in an exhaust gas exhausted from a chimney. SOLUTION: A mist recovery plate 11 having a conical shape of a smaller diameter by a specific amount than that of an exhaust gas outlet part 3b and having many opening parts formed, is arranged on the inner face side of the exhaust gas outlet part 3b so that conical space 12 is formed between the mist recovery plate 11 and an inner face of the exhaust gas outlet part 3b. Besides, a drain pipe 14 for recovering the condensate 13 caught in the conical space 12 formed between the mist recovery plate 11 and the inner face of the exhaust gas outlet part 3b is connected to a specific position in an upper part of an absorbing tower 3.
