PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly separate sticky matter from steam, by tangentially provid ing and opening a sticky matter flow inlet inside of the inner peripheral wall of a sticky matter reservoir, forming the inner peripheral wall of the sticky matter reservoir except for the sticky matter flow inlet in a circular shape, and providing a steam hole in the central upper part of the sticky matter reser voir. SOLUTION: When a sticky matter containing steam is blown up to a cylindrical portion 14' following progress of rice-cooking, the sticky matter is turned in the tangential direction A by a bent surface 14a and flows into a sticky matter reservoir 11 through a sticky matter flow inlet 14. Then, turning flow occurs along the inner peripheral surface. A swollen out portion 20 is formed so that the flow moderately moves from the circular inner peripheral surface, and therefore, does not disturb turning of the sticky matter. Even if some flow-in speeds into the sticky matter reservoir 11 may be low and sufficient turning may not be performed, when a matter having high flow-in speed flows later, it adheres the previous matter due to adhesiveness of the sticky matter and turns together, and therefore separation between the sticky matter and steam is performed.
