PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely make layout of a carrying passage, prevent working environment from being degraded by materials to be carried and minimize the mixture of foreign matters into compressed packages of pet bottles. SOLUTION: A pet bottle carrying device has a transportation pipe 11 with an air inlet at one end and an air outlet at the other end and an upward pet bottle charge port 33 between the air inlet and the air outlet, an air blower 35 for supplying transportation air into the air inlet and an ejector nozzle 38 provided at the upstream side in an air flowing direction of the pet bottle charge port 33 in the transportation pipe 11. A trap 91 for heavy foreign matters and a trap 92 for light foreign matters are provided in sequence in a bottom face ranging from the pet bottle charge port 33 in the transportation pipe 11 to its downstream side.
