PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method for vibration loosening of parts which is capable of improving the efficiency of loosening work. SOLUTION: The method for loosening the parts welded to each other by a heat treatment, etc., to the individual parts by applying vibration to these parts consists in alternately changing the vibration frequency of a vibration device 4g which is disposed at one end of a vibration box 4e to be fed with the parts 13 and impresses the vibration in a vertical direction to the vibration box 4e and the vibration frequency of a vibration device 4g for impressing the vibration in a vertical direction to the vibration box 4e from a prescribed frequency.
