PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste extrusion molding material containing a large quantity of particles with photocatalyst activities in a PTFC. SOLUTION: The molding material is obtained by agitating and mixing an aqueous dispersion liquid containing polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion polymerized particles with photocatalyst particles of anatase type titanium oxide surface treated by a silane couple agent or the like in an agitating container to mold a photocatalyst particles containing a polytetrafluoroethylene molding material for paste extrusion molding containing 5-50 wt.% photocatalyst particles, and a film, a sheet and a composite material are obtained by using the molding material.
