PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actually correct the swing form by moving a putter head along a guide rail within the allowable range of the ideal moving track of the putter head, and generating a resistance in the movement of the putter head when it is out of the allowable range. SOLUTION: Guide rails 3 and 4 are arranged in parallel to nip a putter head 2, and both ends thereof are supported by a holding member 5. The width of the engagement hole of a guide member 6 is set larger than the diameter of the guide rails 3 and 4 by a prescribed quantity, and the guide member 6 is laid between the guide rails 3, 4 in the state where the rocking bias within a prescribed angle range about the vertical axis is permitted. Although the guide member 6 can be slid without any resistance along the guide rails 3 and 4 in the state where the putter head 2 keeps the angle within the rocking bias possible range, the edge of the engagement hole touches the circumferential surfaces of the guide rails 2 and 3 to make the guide member 6 not smoothly movable when the head 2 exceeds the rocking bias possible range.
