PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid abnormal overheating of a shade and a fluorescent lamp by smoothly radiating heat generation of the fluorescent lamp. SOLUTION: In a low temperature show case 1, a display chamber 8 opened in a front surface is composed of a heat insulating wall 2, and side plates 3 provided on both sides of it, translucent shades 40 are installed on front ends of both side plates to be positioned on both sides of the front surface of the display chamber 8, fluorescent lamps are disposed inside the shades 40, and upper ends of the shades are opened upward.
