PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a preparation method for a fried bean curd increasing formability of stuffing vinegared rice and yield in packing vinegared rice, capable of forming an Inarizushi (fried bean curd stuffed with vinegared rice) having excellent appearance and a molding box used in the preparation. SOLUTION: A tofu is cut into a size having 50 mm length, 50 mm width and 10 mm thickness, contained in a series of molding boxes 2 which are arranged in a row of boxes 1 and provided with corner boards 4 at each corner, passed through a high-temperature oil bath together with a series of the molding boxes 1, heated and cooked and the fried bean curd having four round corners following the shape of the molding box 2 is obtained. |
