PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food having health promotion effect by taking Guinea pepper containing a substance to activate the circulation of blood and treated to remove the hot taste component. SOLUTION: Hot taste component of Guinea pepper is removed by 70-100% and the obtained Guinea pepper is crushed to obtain powdery Guinea pepper. As an alternative, raw Guinea pepper is squeezed after removing 70-100% of the hot taste component and obtain a squeezed liquid enabling easy taking of a substance activating the circulation of blood. |
