PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject control arrangement ensured to be highly operable so as to be compatible with e.g. conditions of seeds and bed soil. SOLUTION: This control arrangement has such a scheme that, by operating a 1st control means S1 which controls the respective carrying throughputs of a conveyor 2 for raising seedling boxes 1, a bed soil machine A and a soil covering machine C, a 2nd control means S2 which controls the seeding level of a seeder B is controlled, while the 2nd control means S2 is also made controllable even by itself, and there are provided display means for seeding level and the respective carrying throughputs of the corresponding units under operational control; furthermore, a 3rd control means which controls the 2nd control means and the irrigation level of an irrigator D is controlled by the 1st control means, while the 3rd control means is also made controllable even by itself as well; besides, a display means for irrigation level is recommendedly furnished.
