PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more completely hole controlling and safekeeping functions by providing a mechanism to identify qualification for unlocking by identifying fingerprints as features of a person instead of a mechanism capable of opening a lock using the same thing and code by anybody. SOLUTION: A fingerprint sensor is composed of fine optical fibers or wires 5 smoothed at terminals and arranged at a specified interval, a weak current is energized from over 1000 energization points of the sensor through contact surfaces of fingerprints, obtained information is operated and integrated, it is collated with registered information, and only when they completely or almost completely coincide with each other, a main unlocking power circuit 10 is energized using a relay to open a lock.
