FLEXIBLE RESIN COMPOSITION AND FLEXIBLE RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible resin composition and a flexible resin molded product excellent in flexibility, surface appearance properties and weather resistance, scarcely causing tack at high temperatures and further excellent in shape retaining properties at the time of heating the resin composition. SOLUTION: The flexible resin composition and the molded product obtained by molding and processing the resin composition comprise (a) an acrylic or a methacrylic ester-based copolymer having <=20 deg.C glass transition temperature, (b) a styrene-based resin having >=50 deg.C glass transition temperature and (c) a graft copolymer prepared by copolymerizing (B) a vinyl monomer with (A) a rubber polymer. Particles of the styrene-based polymer (b) having 50-20,000 nm average particle diameter and particles of the graft copolymer (c) having 30-2,000 nm average particle diameter are dispersed in the continuous phase of the (meth)acrylic ester-based copolymer (a) and the amount of the particles of the graft copolymer (c) present in the particles of the styrene-based resin (b) is <40 vol.% (including O) based on the total amount of the graft copolymer (c).
