PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable and proper beads together with the enlargement of a welding stable area. SOLUTION: In a multiple electrode arc welding device applying an alternating current by which a welding current swings to a positive current and to a negative current to plural electrodes respectively provided with a prescribed interval, and which is constituted equipped with an alternate current phase control means to shift the phase of the alternate current applied between adjacent electrodes, a high speed oscillating means is provided, which vibrates at high speed the welding wire of the electrode of at least one side so that a distance between the adjacent electrodes of the plural electrodes vibrates with a specific width in the shifting direction or in the bead width direction. The shield gas of a preceding electrode 1 must be CO2+He or Ar+CO2+He, and the shield gas of a succeeding electrode 2 must be CO2+O2.
