A disk brake caliper (8) is provided in the lower side of a swing arm (3) opposite a rockable rear suspension mechanism (7). The rear suspension mechanism is attached to a frame (2) that is installed to the swing arm which supports the rear wheel (4) of a vehicle. - The rear suspension mechanism is set in the upper side of the swing arm. One expandable end (9c) of a suspension body (9), provided in the rear suspension mechanism, expands to the direction of the frame. One end of a turn arm (10) is attached to the frame at a separate position from the suspension body. The edges of a coupled link (11) are individually coupled to the other expandable end (9d) of the suspension body, turn arm and swing arm.
