The invention relates to a level sensor with logic signal applicable to checking the water level in closed or open tanks used in the pumping stations. The level sensor with logic signal, characterized in that, for the purpose of sensing the water level variation, it comprises a threaded body (1), where there is built in an integrated circuit (2) of the Hall- effect sensor type, sensitive to the south polarity of a permanent magnet (5), fixed in a float (4) which is connected to the threaded body (1) through a cylindrical hinge (3), by approaching or spacing the permanent magnet (5) together with the float (4) with respect to the integrated circuit (2), said circuit emits logic signals which are transmitted to a logic block by means of the connecting cable (6).
