<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a positive charge type toner excellent in environmental stability, durability and positive charge stability at the time of use in a recycling system by combining a specified resin with a specified colorant. CONSTITUTION:This positive charge type toner contains vinyl resin contg. 1-40wt.% methyl methacrylate monomer as a resin binder and carbon black of >=pH6 as a colorant. A fluidizing agent has been preferably added to the surface of this toner, preferably by mechanical mixing the toner. An anti- offsetting agent may be added to this toner if necessary. This toner may be used as a magnetic toner by dispersing fine particles of a known magnetic substance such as Co, Fe or Ni in the resin binder.</p> |
