The electrical gastro-intestinal tract stimulator comprises a casing with electrodes and in the form of a medicinal capsule containing a power source characterised in that it has a control unit of which M outputs are connected to M electrodes, of which are connected 1-N inputs of the control unit. 2. The electrical stimulator according claim 1, characterised in that a device for receiving signals from internal organs and/or an external transmitter is designed in a form of 1-N sensors, capable to register physiological parameters motor-evacuation function and current condition of organs gastro-intestinal tract and signals from external transmitter, outputs of which are 1-N outputs of device for receiving signals from internal organs and/or an external transmitter. 3. The electrical stimulator according claim 2, characterised in that a device for receiving signals from internal organs and/or an external transmitter is designed in a form of sensor of pressure, gradient pressure sensor, pH sensor, acoustic sensor, temperature sensor, external transmitter signals sensor, biopotential sensor, conductivity sensor. 4. The electrical stimulator according claim 1, characterised in that it comprises signal transmitter, to 1-N inputs of which corresponding 1-N outputs of device for receiving signals from internal organs and/or an external transmitter are attached, the control unit has special output which is connected with N+1 input of signal transmitter. 5. The electrical stimulator according claim 1, characterised in that it comprises P additional electrodes covered with microelements or medicines. 6. The electrical stimulator according claim 5, characterised in that additional electrodes are detachable. 7. The electrical stimulator according claim 1, characterised in that control unit comprises filtering device, input of which is the input of the control unit and is attached to the output of the device for receiving signals from internal organs and/or an external transmitter, and its output is attached to the input of amplifier-limiter, output of which is the output of control unit and is attached to the first electrode of the electrical stimulator, and its common busbar is connected with the second electrode. 8. The electrical stimulator according claim 1, characterised in that control unit comprises integrator, input of which is the first input of the control unit and is attached to the first output of the device for receiving signals from internal organs and/or an external transmitter, output of integrator is attached to input of the threshold device, output of which is connected with the first input of scheme OR, output of which is connected with controlling input of impulse series generator, outputs of which are outputs of the control unit and are attached to electrodes, inputs of first and second filtering devices, which are the second input of the control unit, are attached to the second output of the device for receiving signals from internal organs and/or an external transmitter, output of the first filtering device is connected to the input of RS trigger setting, output of the second filtering device is connected with input of RS trigger reset, output of which is connected with second input of scheme OR. 9. The electrical stimulator according claim 1, characterised in that control unit comprises microcontroller, 1-N analogue-digital inputs of which through amplifiers, inputs of which are 1-N inputs of control unit are attached correspondingly to 1-N outputs of the device for receiving signals from internal organs and/or an external transmitter, and 1-M outputs, which are 1-M outputs of the control unit are connected with 1-M electrodes of electrical stimulator correspondingly, additional 1-P outputs of the microcontroller are1-P outputs of the control unit are connected correspondingly with 1-P additional electrodes.
