PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition exhibiting excellent flexibility, heat resistance and transparency, causing no plasticizer bleeding and useful as a raw material for films or the like by selecting and adding a specified plasticizer into an aliphatic polyester. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) 100 pts.wt. aliphatic polyester and (B) 10-60 pts.wt. of at least one compound selected from reaction products of (i) a compound of the formula (one of R1 to R3 is a 6-18C acyl and the others are H or acetyl) with (ii) condensate of 1-10 glycerol molecles with a 6-18C carboxylic acid. The component A is preferably a lactic acid-based polymer such as polylactic acid, the component i is preferably glycerol diacetomonocaprylate, glycerol diacetomonolaurate or the like and the component ii is preferably tetraglycerol caprylate, decaglycerol laurate or the like.
