<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify packing works and to reduce loss in divided work executions such as being in unfinished situation or waiting in a work process by a method wherein dividing into groups is made in accordance with the kinds of housing cases and the number of accessories, and a work arrangement peculiar to the packing works is set up. SOLUTION: In order to materialize a packing work process, packing works are divided into groups in accordance with the kinds of tape cases 14 for housing tape cassettes 16 therein and the number of accessories being attached thereto before the packing works are delivered to a packing line 18. Then, a work arrangement is set up, based on specifications for the grouped packing works. For instance, a conspectus of a grouped packing line formation including arrangement of workers 1 and packing members, allotment of a necessary number of workers to each of the grouped packing works and assignment of element works to each of the workers 1, tactic times and the speed of belt conveyers. Furthermore, a work method suitable to a production system where goods in small quantity are produced to each of various kinds can be materialized by making each of the workers 1 versatile with a work assignment program prepared for each of the workers.</p> |
