PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retarded electroconductive polyester resin composition excellent in mechanical strength, flame retardancy. electroconductivity and fluidity, and keeping high electroconductivity under high-temperature, high- humidity conditions into a thermoplastic polyester resin made flame-retarded with a compound free of chlorine or bromine. SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) 20 to 70 wt.% of a thermoplastic polyester resin in a flame-retarded electroconductive polyester resin composition, (B) 1 to 15 wt.% of red phosphorus stabilized by coating treatment, (C) 5 to 20 wt.% of a melamine/cyanuric acid adduct, (D) 10 to 50 wt.% of glass fibers, and (E) 1 to 6 wt.% of electroconductive carbon black.
