The functional layer part is formed out of a number of layer pieces and is stuck to the top material part (29) to form a laminate. The pieces of the functional layer part are joined by water-tight seams (21) and made of a water-tight, steam-penetrable material. The top material part (29) and the functional layer part are joined through an adhesive layer (14) which is penetrable by steam.
