The invention relates to a device (10) for producing a transcutaneous access to a hollow viscus, especially the stomach, in the interior of the body. The device (10) is provided with a tubular flexible probe (64) which can be put into the hollow viscus in a transcutaneous manner. The device (10) is also provided with a rigid sleeve (60) that can be applied to a section (78) of the probe (64) in such a way that the sleeve (60) encompasses and guides said section (78), whereby the section (78) protrudes from the body. A clamping device (22) for connecting the probe (64) to the sleeve (60) in a removable but fixed manner is also provided.
