Thermoplastic molding materials containing (A) carbon monoxide/olefin copolymer and (B) a mixture of (b1) graft rubber made by emulsion polymerisation and (b2) thermoplastic vinyl co- or ter-polymer made by solution or bulk polymerisation, in which (B) is obtained by mixing water-moist powder (b1) with resin melt (b2) and removing the water. Thermoplastic molding materials containing (A) linear alternating polymer(s) of carbon monoxide and ethylenic hydrocarbon(s) and (B) mixture(s) of (b1) an elastic-thermoplastic graft copolymer obtained by emulsion polymerization and (b2) a thermoplastic co- or ter-polymer obtained by solution or bulk polymerization of vinyl monomers, in which (B) is made by mixing the water-moist graft rubber powder (b1) with the resin melt (b2) and removing the water. An Independent claim is also included for moldings or semi-finished products obtained from these materials.
