The device has a base frame (3) to support a holder device for a vertical kick pad (5). The base frame can slide on rails (1,2) arranged on the ground. The rear ends of the rails are higher than the front end. Devices limit the movement of the base frame on the rail. Bells (17,18) are provided at the rear ends of the rails to let the trainer know that the base frame has hit the rear limiting devices of the rails.
